Bio-One was a great company to work with. Matt, Sam and Jesdica were awesome! My fathers house was a hoarding and cat nightmare. They were very caring about our situation and did an excellent job of cleaning the house and disinfecting it!

We had some mouse and rat mess and Bio One did an amazing job cleaning. They sprayed and sterilized and removed all the excrement. Feel so much better having this professionally done. They came in way cheaper than the exterminator for cleaning highly recommend!!

So while I did not pay for services from Bio One I did receive incredibly helpful advice from the owner Matt when I called today! I had a small mold situation I was concerned about and unsure how to effectively get rid of it. Despite the fact that I easily would’ve paid whatever the company’s fee was, Matt offered me advice that allowed me to fix the problem myself. It was incredibly kind and speaks to the person he is and the business he runs. If I ever do have a situation that requires these kind of services (although I hope I don’t) I will absolutely go to Bio One. Thanks again for your help, Matt!

We had to call BioOne for a hoarding situation. After 2 weekends of trying to conquer the issue ourselves BioOne saved the day!! From bid to completion they never fell short of the service they were hired to deliver. They were able to help organize the chaos we discovered and left the home very livable. We have more work to do but appreciate the help in this overwhelming situation.

Krista and her team were great! I am a Realtor who was helping a family with a difficult situation selling an estate. Krista was always prompt to answer my questions and her tech and crew were very helpful in getting items moved and the property cleaned and disinfected. Would highly recommend. They made a challenging situation so much easier!
