I am very pleased with the service I received from BioOne. The entire staff was very kind, caring and flexible when my circumstance changed. Sam came out to do my consultation & the actual remediation. I asked every question I could think of & he answered each one. He saw another problem in my crawl space & provided a temporary fix until I can get it resolved. That’s going above & beyond. I’ll recommend BioOne to anyone in need of their services. So while I did not pay for services from Bio One I did receive incredibly helpful advice from the owner Matt when I called today! I had a small mold situation I was concerned about and unsure how to effectively get rid of it. Despite the fact that I easily would’ve paid whatever the company’s fee was, Matt offered me advice that allowed me to fix the problem myself. It was incredibly kind and speaks to the person he is and the business he runs. If I ever do have a situation that requires these kind of services (although I hope I don’t) I will absolutely go to Bio One. Thanks again for your help, Matt!
