Krista, Sam, and Josh were so kind and understanding with our situation. They did a great job, especially with of the challenges thrown their way. We couldn’t even move around in my aunt’s basement, let alone see the floor, but now it’s beautiful!!!

Sam, May, Phill and Jessica were outstanding! We had a very large project with my mom’s house that she had lived in for over 30 years and the whole family was overwhelmed the how much there was to do. They handled it will patience, compassion and efficiency. They made everyone feel comfortable and were sensitive to our family while having to go through so many years of things. It was very difficult physically and emotionally, we could not have done this with out them. There are no words to what they gave back to my mom. I will use no one else in the future. Thank you all!

My sister's family used Bio-One of Colorado for a trauma cleanup and they were very happy with the results. There was no trace of odor or any other material. So while I did not pay for services from Bio One I did receive incredibly helpful advice from the owner Matt when I called today! I had a small mold situation I was concerned about and unsure how to effectively get rid of it. Despite the fact that I easily would’ve paid whatever the company’s fee was, Matt offered me advice that allowed me to fix the problem myself. It was incredibly kind and speaks to the person he is and the business he runs. If I ever do have a situation that requires these kind of services (although I hope I don’t) I will absolutely go to Bio One. Thanks again for your help, Matt!

Krista and her team were great! I am a Realtor who was helping a family with a difficult situation selling an estate.
