Everyone was very professional and so understanding! I feel like a huge weight has been lifted. Before they came, we were completely overwhelmed with no idea where to start. I highly recommend them!

We had an amazing experience with Bio-One. They cleaned out my mom's house which was an extreme hoarder situation. They did it with compassion and care -- no judgements! They put aside those things that we had asked for and disposed of the rest. It was done in a very efficient and professional manner. Jess and Phil were great to work with. I cannot recommend them enough.

Bio-One was a great company to work with. Matt, Sam and Jesdica were awesome! My fathers house was a hoarding and cat nightmare. They were very caring about our situation and did an excellent job of cleaning the house and disinfecting it!

We had a mouse infestation and they did damage beyond what one could ever imagine. I interviewed several companies but bio one was the only one that actually knew the safety concerns and the emotional impact on my family. Matt was amazing to deal with and Sam who did the actual work was amazingly professional, thorough, fast, and for the first time in months my house is livable. He gave us advice and answered all our endless questions. They have been with us by our side through this process which has been devastating to our family. Wouldn’t hesitate to use them in the future or recommend them. I am flabbergasted by how amazing of a job they did and how fast. I threw out a lot prior to them coming to try to cut costs and now think they probably could have saved it. Amazing resources.

We had some mouse and rat mess and Bio One did an amazing job cleaning. They sprayed and sterilized and removed all the excrement. Feel so much better having this professionally done. They came in way cheaper than the exterminator for cleaning highly recommend!!

So while I did not pay for services from Bio One I did receive incredibly helpful advice from the owner Matt when I called today! I had a small mold situation I was concerned about and unsure how to effectively get rid of it. Despite the fact that I easily would’ve paid whatever the company’s fee was, Matt offered me advice that allowed me to fix the problem myself. It was incredibly kind and speaks to the person he is and the business he runs. If I ever do have a situation that requires these kind of services (although I hope I don’t) I will absolutely go to Bio One. Thanks again for your help, Matt!

Sam, May, Phill and Jessica were outstanding! We had a very large project with my mom’s house that she had lived in for over 30 years and the whole family was overwhelmed the how much there was to do. They handled it will patience, compassion and efficiency. They made everyone feel comfortable and were sensitive to our family while having to go through so many years of things. It was very difficult physically and emotionally, we could not have done this with out them. There are no words to what they gave back to my mom. I will use no one else in the future. Thank you all!
